Polka dot 3/4 sleeve blouse with black tassels at the cuffs of each sleeve. Cinched waist, size s. Could probably fit size M if you're petite. Really cute top, haven't work because it's just a little too low of a neckline. No stains rips or seams coming apart. Like new. Could be a crop top for some as well, depends on your proportions.
