Are you sure that 30" is the chest measurement? Could that possibly be the waist measurement instead because that would be the smallest chest measurement I've ever seen in women's clothing.

@piperoni02 the material stretches and not in a bad way. It doesn’t separate the buttons or misalign anything. It gives forgiveness. I will double check that though. Thanks for bringing it to my attention
