Polka Dot bow blouse

HAVE black/white circle/dot SEMI SHEER blouse with bow and faux button detail. Very good/ excellent preowned, there is some extremely faint and hardly visible speckled spots on the white collar area but I’m honestly not sure if that is just the material or not. See photos. Size SMALL
