Polka Dot Velvet mini Skirt 10 EUC

Children’s Place velvet skirt - red with black polka dots. Cool contrast lining (shown) is really silky but also tethered so it won’t ride up when worn (also shown). Side zip but also fully adjustable (2 pics show). Washed by never - we didn’t even get around to cutting out the threads that held the original tag on! Haha! See pic with blue thread.
