Polka Dot V neck faux wrap

Red and white polka dot, v neck, faux wrap shirt with ruffle elbow length sleeves, shoulders have a little puff to them and a fluttery peplum hem. Top is fixed and tie waist design is only decorative since it's a faux wrap, waist is elasticky and has stretch.
