Polka Dot Shift Tunic Dress Button Sleeves Union Made VTG Lagenlook Belt Midi This is a vintage union made dress it has polkadots. The base color is gray. It does come with a belt. The most unique part of this dress are the sleeves buttons going up the outside. Please see photos. They are part of the description measurements are in photos great dress, different unique. There are no tags that state as size, but I think it would be fine for a size 10 or 12 possibly larger. The measurements are in the photos if more are needed just ask zipper does work I checked and showed pictures. I believe this is a polyester bland it does not have a tag, but it does not feel like cotton to me.
