Hi. Beautiful dress. Questions:
1. I noticed a comment said "true wrap" does that mean that when the dress is NOT tied the dress can be completely opened in the front (ease of getting it on) ?
2. Mentioned it is high waited, What is the measurement from shoulder seam to waist seam? I have a longer torso and want to see if the waist measurement sits at my natural waist or higher.
