Polka Dot Primark tee shirt with ruffled sleeves, size XL

Adorable Primark blouse with black and white, polka dot print. Ruffled short, cap-length sleeves add a fun touch. In great used condition, I only wore this a few times and it doesn’t fit anymore. Very soft fabric. Happy to answer questions or provide measurements on request! :-)
