This is a new black and white pleated polka dot skirt. I purchased this full price from Target. Fully lined, with sheer outer layer. Tried on and never worn. Elastic waist band with stretch. Flowy and comfortable. I am 5’5” and it comes below the knees on me for a flattering modest style. Easy and fun to style. No flaws that I can see. Comes from a smoke free, pet friendly home.

allisonobri Hi! Would you say this would fit a 26" waist? I'm usually between sizes XS/S and I'd like to wear this high waisted, but I'm worried this will be a bit roomy.

peonybee @allisonobri I wear a size 26 or size 2 (sometimes even a 25 zero) as well and I like to wear things mid rise. So this was actually snug around where I wanted to wear it if I remember correctly. I will measure it for you tomorrow and try it on to see where it fits around my torso for you and maybe that will help access fit better.
