Polka Dot - Pink and Black Hair Scrunchie. Brand/From: Claire's. This is new and still has some/a little of the store tag attached. Never used or tried out. This is a puffy/bigger hair Scrunchie. Looks like a small elastic band inside for that give. Scrunchie is see through. The base is a lighter pink (see through) with black polka dot. Dots are kinda feel like velvet.
