Polka Dot ModCloth Dress Small

Black with cream polka dots. This dress is so cute. Sleeveless, the fabric is substantial- not cheap looking. Lined bodice. It has a place for a belt or ribbon. It originally came with a black grosgrain ribbon but that is NOT included in this listing. (Lost in the move 😕). Easily replaced! This dress is short- above the knee. I think I wore it twice. Originally purchased from ModCloth, but manufacturer is Pink Owl. Size small.
