Polka Dot Low Cut Bow Romper

Excellent condition, only worn once for an event and need someone who will love it more in their day to day! Tagged with urban outfitters for exposure, but brand is called dress forum and I purchased at a local boutique. Offers accepted! Ask questions if need be before buying. FYI, I am a size 4-6 and a regular medium, fit great. Not too tight, could work for someone a size up as well
