Polka Dot Longsleeve Dress

Cute long sleeve blue dress with white polka dots. Background is almost gingham with some parts more see through. I recommend a slip underneath. Almost Nehru collar. 6 white buttons down the front. Piping/trim. Tag cut out. 70s? Laying flat, put to put measures 19" and waist measures 15" with a bit of stretch. I think the elastic at the waist and sleeves used to be stronger but it still stretches. A little pull on one sleeve (see photo) and some loose threads. Otherwise, good vintage condition.
