beachybum @shannonjianne All of these are just laying flat and not stretched out....chest (arm pit to arm pit) is about 15 1/4 inches. The length from top of strap to bottom hem is about 34 inches. Waist has that elastic stretchy band, but without stretching is about 14 inches. Around where your hips would fall is about 21.5 inches. Hope this helps!!
