Polka Dot Costume Dress

This listing is for a new Polka Dot dress from Charades. Perfect for a Minnie Mouse Costume, but definitely cute enough to wear any time. There is no size listed, but it should fit approximately size 0-6 as it has quite a bit of stretch & is extremely comfortable. I'm a size 3 for reference with a 32" hip measurement. I absolutely adore this dress I just don't see myself wearing it anytime soon & would like to find it a new home. If you have any questions feel free to ask! :)
