ADORABLE Carter's gray polka dot jacket size 18 months! Hardly worn condition (almost new) BUT has staining/fading. See photos. In my opinion, it looks like it was washed with a harsh detergent (or even bleach) that wasn't mixed in before washing. I made the discoloration as obvious as possible in photos- but it doesn't look as obvious in person. Otherwise, this jacket is in wonderful condition!
