Polka Dot Button Down Blouse

This is a great work in polka dot blouse. It is a short-sleeve button down and can be tied easily. It has one breast pocket and cuffed sleeves. It does not have a tag but it is either linen or cotton or a blend because of how soft it is. Size XL but I wore it oversized. Pit to pit 24” Length from top of shoulder 26”
