Polka Dot Blouse

This navy blue and white polka dot blouse is great for the office or a school presentation. Flowy, loose fitting, but elegant. Bows on the side can be undone, side is open. Matches well with a pair of dress pants or skirt. Slightly see through (that is the style), but can put a tank top underneath to lessen sheer. Never worn! Size is large in women’s but could fit a medium (loose).
