Polka Dot A-line Dress

Super cute, both with leggings and by itself! Length is 21.5” from top of waist line to hem. Waist is stretchy elastic, roughly 13”. Tag says medium, but it feels more like a small to me. Material is mostly cotton, so item will arrive wrinkled, but will iron out easily.
