Poliwhirl Pokemon Vintage 23K Gold-Plated Card, ball, box, COA, case

This vintage 23K trading card is limited edition and in good vintage condition (includes tarnish, scratches / peel in card). Comes with blue box which is a little bent and wear is consistent with age. The ball is a bit scratched. This came sealed (original wrap included) and I opened this today when I made this listing! Purchased from a non-profit charity shop. COA has never been opened before!
