gordomom @wouldie99 Hi Ruth - the iridescent is a coating, so over time, that will probably fade or wear down. Hematite has iron in it, so I believe it would tarnish. My understanding is that it can get a reddish hue naturally. Most metals except platinum and gold are likely to tarnish. Hope that helps!
