Police uniform costume for kids - boys and girls! Perfect for playing pretend or Halloween. Includes police jacket, hat, whistle, handcuffs, badge, walkie-talkie, and a ticket and name tag for personalization. You can write your child’s name on the police name tag! Very possible that it was never used. It was bought for my brother’s first grade Halloween parade but he ended up going as a dinosaur instead when we found out that he couldn’t bring the walkie-talkie, handcuffs or whistle to school. The set is complete and the name tag has not been used.
