Revo RE 3038 Spider plus sunglasses. Polarized. Includes original hard case. Some minor chips and scratches along bottom of lenses, 1 tiny chip on top. All seem to not be visible while wearing(see pic) nor do they interfere with the viewing portion of the glasses. I am the only owner of these glasses..I purchased them at a Sunglass hut.
