Pol crushed velvet tank top

Cream colored velvet tank top. Would be most useful as a layering piece, as it is far from perfect but very cute. Straps are twisted. A couple of holes in the back. Shown in photos. Very flowy, more narrow at the top than at waist. Pit to pit 21” Width at hem 39” $7 or will throw in with a purchase of $20 or more
