Made by ninety so official merchandise 100% Nylon Blue and black Opens and shuts properly The umbrella measures about 22-22.5" Long Small size for a child but could be used by an adult also The red plastic handle & tip have surface scratches & wear from age but is a still sturdy. Useable The metal spine is in good shape with no major bends. One small distress mark on nylon see pic ( no holes or rips ) Some of the characters on the pictures show wear. Light dust wear.
