Pokemon English Aquapolis Espeon Box Topper 2002 card. OverSized Card

PLEASE Ask questions BEFORE buying. USA shipping only. NO RETURNS. Pokemon English Aquapolis Espeon Box Topper 2002 card. Over Sized Card, it's About 5" inches tall × 3.5" inches wide. Reversed Holo (border is shiny). I can see some scuffs on the shiny border parts of the card (I've tried picturing them, but they blend in with the shiny parts, & these photos are the best I can do). It may have been manufactured with the scuffs, as the non-shiny image & the back of the card look great, & I can't see scuffs on those areas (the card edges look good also). I truely don't think it's "mint", more like good-very good shape. (I AM NOT A PROFESSIONAL GRADER, THESE ARE JUST MY THOUGHTS). PLEASE Ask questions BEFORE buying. USA shipping only.
