Bouclé means that the yarn is made from looped fibre along the thread and when knitted it creates lovely curly texture. It not only looks great, but also makes additional air pockets for extra warmth. The yarn can be dyed at different stages of production, either dyeing the fibre before spinning (top-dyed) or dyeing the yarn after it has been spun. We prefer to use top-dyed as this results in melange colours and a better hand-feel. Each panel is knitted to the shape of the garment which therefore creates less wastage. Panels and trims are attached using a hand-linking machine, resulting in a premium, high-quality garment.
