Great High Low Dress by Poetry. Medium Strapless with stretch fabric at the top of the bust and bottom Lined I bought this at a consignment shop and never wore it. Measurements (approx while laying flat) Top of Dress to "High" ending: 25.5" Top of Dress to "Low" ending: 39" Bust (not stretched): 14" In inspecting it, there is a light stain of sorts on the inside front bust. You cannot see this from the outside. I hesitate to wash it, as I'm not good with washing things in the right temp, etc. I tried to capture a picture, but you can barely see it there.
