Black Poeme Blouse with sheer floral fabric on the bottom half. Brand new with tags the back portion of it has a line across it I'm not sure if this is the way the fabric is supposed to look. You be the judge measurements as followed armpit to armpit measurement is 20 in long and measurement from the very back of the neck line to the bottom of the blouse measures 28 in long.
