scarpat2 @hollihearn Hi there! I am so sorry I had not logged in all this time. Yes the top is see through as the designer wanted it to be. Because I was able to meet her at Kleinfeld during her trunk show I make the ask; she loosely sowed in a silk piece so it would not be ser through during the ceremony.

hollihearn @scarpat2 o thank you so much for replying I love this dress and haven’t found anything else I really love. My only concern now is size. I am a street size 6. I am 5’6. Do you have the measurements by chance?

scarpat2 @hollihearn I can take the measurements of the top part tomorrow. I will be honest though...unless you have a longer torso than the average person, this will not end up fitting correctly. It is meant to reveal the entire space between the bottom of your bosom all the way to your hip. I’ll post another pic for you to see better.

scarpat2 @hollihearn As you can see in the last pic, this is me with poor posture by the end of the day and one of my cups is peeking through the bottom part a bit. There is very little room for error with this style. With that said, I am closer to 5’8 so I will still measure it for you tomorrow!

hollihearn @scarpat2 ok awesome I am gonna take my measurements as well. I am actually closer to 5’6 and am a longer on the torso side as well. I am like a 36-27-36

scarpat2 @hollihearn hi! I am so sorry I am running around in circles all week! Ok so it is cut on a diagonal therefore these are the measurements of the see through part from right below the bosom straight down to the waist. The shortest distance is 13”, the middle is 14” and the longest on the side is 16”. (Ie., you must wear nude underwear!)

scarpat2 @kitteneyes1769 hi there! Apologies for taking time to respond as I was on holiday. I tried to find the exact model name to no avail, but I did find more detailed pics from the showroom and also found the original price was $5600 (before taxes) not $5200. Hope that helps!

scarpat2 @bburkett95 hello! Yes it is, and in complete disclosure, you would have to get the bottom taken in as it wasn’t completely able to be cleaned from walking around that day. I can give you a special discount to take into account that cost for you. Again I’m 5’9 so if you are taller that may not be an option for you.
