lisaywilliam My apologies; customer service responded back too late to me when I initially contacted them about canceling the boots order. They told me that I would have had to contact you to cancel the sale. As such, it is too late. I will accept the purchase so that your funds are deposited. You were awesome in your service and shipping. The cancellation process should be made more user-friendly for the buyer (which is not your issue). Best wishes!
