Is this true too size I take between a 18-20 -1X-2X but lately whatever I buy something on here it runs small so that's why I'm asking if it fits loosely or tight!!??

@jcastellion Laying flat, armpit to armpit it's 25 in and the bottom side to side it is about 29 in. Also did vertical measurement from shoulder to bottom and it's 28 in.
