Maroon and cream skirt by oddy. 2x plus sized skirt, flowing ruffles at bottom of skirt and elastic waist. 22in from top of elastic waist to bottom of skirt. It's very cute and flowy. New with no tags, I tried to wear it once but didn't like the way it laid on my belly area, so I just washed it and put it away in my closet.
