I used to own a dress shop but retired This dress has been altered but never worn , taken in to maybe a size 18? Seems as if it has hand stitched - should take to tailor. See measurements- was originally a 22 but ran small. Can be let out all seam allowance there Vegan shantung Bust 21 with about 1.5-2 inches to let out on each side Waist 19 with about 1.5 to let out on each side Shoulder strap to hem 45 This dress should be finished by a tailor in order for it to be worthy to wear- seams are not finished, never worn.
