Plus size Tahari black and white a-line skirt

Super cute A-line black skirt with white polka dots. Lightweight but also perfect for fall and the cooling months ahead! The tag reads size 18 which I think is accurate. Still, I provided measurements below. There is some elastic in the waistband but not a ton — just enough to add some comfort. Measurements: Waist — 20” with a bit of stretch Length — 28.5”
