kathyl2766 @naimat, thanks so much for your patience. The length is approximately 21 1/2". I have not found the top yet but I have not given up hope. I have a tiny house so I have things stored in multiple places. I will keep looking though. I know it is an 18/20 from Lane Bryant if that helps you at all. It is super cute on, I just didn't really wear it because my shoulder scars showed too much. Vanity 😀
