@ritatish Hello! Apologies for my delay in responding! The jacket measures 18 inches at the armpit and 17 inches at the mid-part of the arm. Hope this helps. P.S. I have the flappy arms, too! It's so hard to find clothes that fit. My upper arm is 16 inches and my mid-arm is 14 inches and this jacket fits me great. Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you!
