Plus Size Torrid | Polka Dot Blouse - Blue base with white polka dots. Torrid Size 1. Top is Semi-sheer, Scoop neck, Short sleeves, Cinched waist, and has cute button detail on the front. Has a cute retro vibe to it. I used to pair it with red pants with a camisole underneath. Hoping someone can get some use out of it. Please note - upon inspection there appears to be a slight ‘run’ in the fabric on the back of one of the sleeves - see that last two images in the listing!
