@deannadeon It does not have any stretch to it, but the arms do not run small. This jacket is a true size 3X. I purchased the jacket thinking it was the usual China size, so I sized up. Nice, but too big for me. The chest 50in. tapers off at the to 44inches at the thigh. Arm length roughly 24 inches long. Width of the arm between 22-24 circumference. Total length of jacket, top back collar to bottom waist/thigh, 36 inches. Hope this helps.
