Plus Size ING Soft Black Tie Back Top 2X

Hi, I sure wish I could get better pics of this as I have tried!! I lightened the tie back pic so you can see the detail. The top is super soft made of 95% Rayon and 5% Spandex. It's also very forgiving. It's really cute with jeans or leggings. Perfect for summer!
