flyingfreebtq @katielizzy While laying flat: from arm pit to arm pit the bust measures about 26 1/2 inches. The fabric has some stretch, and is meant to be flowy and have a pretty draped look 😊

flyingfreebtq @katielizzy I have sold a couple of these and they seem to run big, I think it's because they have so much extra fabric. The chart is from the General size chart for the manufacturer. So I would definetly go by the measurements I take to be safe 😊 I totally understand 🍂🌻 The manufacturer doesn't offer this in higher than a 2X 😔 But if I ever come across something similar in a 3X I will definetly keep out in mind 👍
