Plus Size Black and White Halter Dress

Another one of my favorite dresses! Hate to give it up, but I can no longer wear it. Dress was bought overseas. It's a 4X but fits like a 3X. It's black and white. It's ties around the neck, backless, and a black Polka Dot lace as it overlaps the white bottom of the dress! Washed and clean. Ready to be bought and worn. Jacket not included!
