Plus Size Black & White Blouse

Australian brand plus size brand equivalent to a size 2X. Super soft stretch material. This could be dressed up or down! Plain black back with front sitting slightly longer in length. Worn only a couple of times. No color fading. I'm listing this for family so I do not know if it is true to size, or not.
