ttgetsfit @kaffieb hi there, I wish but I'm only 5'1. The top of it is right below my bra line. Since I'm so short this is how I wear skirts when i want them to be shorter. Plus they're extremely too big in the waist for me now. Although my hips, thighs, and bottom fill it out.
