I couldn’t wait to get this in. I love it. The black with the white piping and side tie is adorable. I love skorts. I was so disappointed that this size 4X was actually too big for me. Just so you know I’m usually a 22/24. I thought this would fit. It is from Target. Size 4X. 100% Recycled Polyester. Machine wash. New with tags. Never worn. From smoke free home.
