marysue2020 OK I hope this helps. First there are light weight bra cups in the dress. They could be removed easily with just a couple of snips if you don't want them. I did wear a bra because I was more comfortable. The bra is 38B. When I put the dress on I measured both with and without the bra. At the fullest part of the bust it measured 38 inches, loosely without and snug (not tight) with the bra. It really is a beautiful, elegant gown and comfortable too. I hope the measurements help.
