These have some weight to them but are beautiful. Image shows some dents/scratches on the surface of heart but not very noticeable. You can feel it if you run your fingers on top. Does not take away from the quality of these gems. Worn minimally, too bad. All natural and colors are unique to each item due to the natural material.
