Plugg Brown Spring Fall Jacket - SMALL - Cotton with Lace & Velvet

SMALL brown jacket with lace & velvet lapel trim. Snap button & velvet ties closure. 97% cotton. Arm length is 15.5 inches, bust = 16 inches and total length is 18 inches. This is definitely a small size. I wore this with jeans, heels & a cream fancy bustier. I'm too old to get away with that now, or I feel too old to wear it that way now. lol. But it did turn a lot of heads....in my day. I hope whomever purchases this gets the same attention I did.
