Plenty by Tracy Reese tunic or mini dress

I wore this as a top but could be a mini dress for petite person. I had a friend borrow and wear as a dress. Size is petite (tag just says "P" but i'd says it's small petite). Purchased at anthro. Drawstring at waist to cinch. Beautiful embroidery. Would be so cute as swim coverup for the beach or pool!
