Plenty by Tracy Reese blue eyelet shift dress NWOT

Beautiful eyelet shift dress with cut out on the top, two outside pockets and buttons on the bottom(for decor). Purchased at a sample sale and never wore it!! Time for it to go. It's a little snug across my hips and I never lost those 5 pounds! You know how that goes ladies lol.
